Due to the adjustment of China's export tax rebate policy effective April 1, 2026 - under which our flap disc and non-woven abrasive products will no longer receive the previous 9% export VAT rebate - together with the ongoing appreciation of the Chinese RMB, our export costs for these products have increased.
After careful consideration, we will need to adjust prices for relevant flap disc and non-woven abrasive wheels products upward by approximately 9% for shipments declared on or after April 1, 2026.
