Yandisc chooses only high-quality aluminum oxide and white aluminum oxide, also we will add fused alumina for production to make sure the sharpness of the cut-off wheels. And we use an automatic material mixer to make sure the abrasive grains can evenly completely mixed. Well controlled the temperature of the hardness process, so that during the cutting process, will get less resistance; Fast cutting will reduce the heat generation and get a smooth cutting edge without black marks.

Normally we will optimize our formula and strictly control the hardness process to make sure longer life. But recent years, we also use Nitrogen Atmosphere Furnace for some higer quality products, to minimize oxidation during curing, can both make sure for sharpness and lifetime.
