Calcined Brown Fused Alumina Flap Discs are manufactured with top quality of abrasive cloth made from heat-treated brown fused alumina. The calcination process make the abrasive grain's crystal structure more stable. It has better character as stronger bonding strength, less internal stress and more consistent grinding performance.

Compared with normal Brown Fused Alumina(BFA), this calcined brown fused alumina flap disc is more fast speed, and longer using life; Also during the grinding process, it will produce less heat and low noise. They are widely used for metal polishing, weld treatment, edge chamfering, general surface cleaning and other applications.
